ARTcetera is a wonderful event that helps raise funds for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Socity, the world's largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding blood center research, education and patient services. I was lucky to be one of 11 Houston artists who painted live so their artwork could be auctioned off to help find a cure for Lukemia and related blood cancers. Gala was held August 28, 2009 at Artista Cafe in Houston.
